BRIGHTBERG was founded in 2020 with a simple yet powerful mission—to provide high-quality, durable, and innovative kitchen appliances to households across India. The journey started from a small warehouse, with the owner personally handling product selection, quality checks, and customer interactions. The early days were filled with challenges—limited resources, tough competition, and the struggle to establish trust in a saturated market.

The founder’s journey began decades earlier. A man who was not highly educated moved from Uttarakhand in the 1990s with his family, seeking a better future. Initially, he worked as a chef in roadside dhabas, while his wife took a job in a factory to support their children’s education. Over time, he left his chef job and joined a sales company dealing in home and kitchen appliances. He dedicated 15-20 years to this company, learning the ins and outs of the industry. However, life took an unexpected turn when he suffered a severe heart attack, leaving him unable to work for years. His financial condition deteriorated, medical reports showed nothing conclusive, and the family faced extreme hardships. Struggling with rent and daily expenses, they moved multiple times. His wife continued working, and with the support of kind-hearted people, their children’s school fees were waived for a while.

After years of uncertainty, he slowly regained the strength to return to work. A friend suggested starting a business, given his vast experience in home and kitchen appliances. Though hesitant due to a lack of business knowledge, two friends offered to help—one providing inventory and the other managing online sales. Thus, BRIGHTBERG was born. Unfortunately, soon after, both friends abandoned the venture, leaving behind financial losses. His son, at just 18 years old, took over the business, handling accounts and marketing while he focused on product quality and operations. They made countless mistakes, suffered losses, and struggled, but over time, they learned, adapted, and transformed BRIGHTBERG from a loss-making entity into a profitable company. Today, they proudly serve 500-600 customers every month.

Today, BRIGHTBERG is a recognized brand available on Amazon and Flipkart, with thousands of satisfied customers. The brand continues to evolve by integrating modern technology and expanding its product range.
